Soccer: Lady War Eagles' Rebollar ties career goals record

Chestatee High girls soccer standout Alexis Rebollar made history in last week's 4-0 defeat of East Hall.

The Lady War Eagles striker netted a hat-trick of goals in the win, pulling into a tie for career goals scored with former standout Megan Fligg.

Rebollar is even with Fligg (a 2009 graduate) at 67 career goals.  In 2011, Rebollar surpassed Fligg's most goals scored in a season (20) with 35 strikes.

Chestatee's girls will take on White County at 7:30 p.m. Monday at Allen Creek Soccer Complex as part of the Northeast Georgia Mountains Cup.
