Northeast Georgia Medical Center hires new security director

GAINESVILLE - Northeast Georgia Medical Center has hired a new director of Security Services.

Michael Raderstorf served most recently as Director of Emergency Management at Georgia State University. According to the hospital, Raderstorf also served in the role of U.S. Army Special Operations Command Intelligence Officer.

"I will continue to ensure a safe environment for patients and visitors so that employees and staff can focus on providing quality medical care to those they serve," Raderstorf said.

The North Georgia College and State University graduate received his Master's in Public Administration from Columbus State University.
