Accident involves three rigs in Jackson County

PENDERGRASS - A traffic accident late Monday morning caused some delays on the northbound side of Highway 129 in Jackson County.

Authorities responded to the wreck at the intersection of 129 and John B. Brooks Road in Pendergrass.

The wreck involved three tractor trailers, one of them overturned. Authorities said no one was injured in the accident.

The cleanup was expected to last into the 1 p.m. hour.
