Girls basketball: North Ga. Christian wins on the road

CARROLLTON -- The North Georgia Christian girls basketball team defeated Holy Ground Christian 40-16 on Thursday in Carrollton.

The Lady Chargers (13-3) were led by Julianne Sutton's 11 points, while Nicole Ball added eight points and Sarah Rhodes chipped in with six points.

North Georgia Christian will complete its regular season against Colonial Hills Christian at home on Friday night.
