Girls basketball: Lady Indians take out Walnut Grove

DAHLONEGA -- Lumpkin County, behind 15 points and 13 rebounds from Dakota Sullens, beat Walnut Grove 36-27 in Dahlonega on Friday.

The Lady Indians (5-19, 3-4 Region 8-AAAA) also got nine points from Morgan Wood.

The Lady Warriors were led by Zariyeh Reagan and Sam Jenkins with eight points apiece.

Lumpkin County travels to Stephens County at 6 p.m. Saturday.
