Baldwin man dies in east Hall crash

LULA - A Baldwin man is among the 14 traffic deaths that occurred on Georgia roadways over the Thanksgiving holiday travel period.

The Georgia State Patrol said Monday morning 27-year-old Daniel Ray Murray was killed Saturday night around 7:30 in east Hall County. Troopers said Murray was traveling alone in his 2011 Nissan Altima on Joe Chandler Road when the vehicle left the roadway and hit a tree. Troopers said no other vehicles were involved.

The Thanksgiving travel period started Wednesday at 6 p.m. and ended at midnight Sunday.
