GAINESVILLE - Hall County Fire officials said crews were battling a house fire Thursday afternoon.<br />

According to Hall County Fire Marshal Scott Cagle, flames were showing when firefighters arrived in the 3700 block of Hardy Road off Nancy Creek Road.<br />

Cagle said Gainesville firefighters responded with automatic aid. <br />
<br />
The fire fight remained active at 5:20 p.m.
