Chestatee, two other area hospitals make GHA's Elite Circle

Chestatee Regional Hospital in Dahlonega and two other hospitals in northeast Georgia made the Georgia Hospital Association's Elite Circle in a recent evaluation.

The program demonstrates hospitals' commitment to reaching Year One goals with respect to the Hospital Acquired Conditions, Hospital Acquired Infections, Readmissions, and OB Adverse Events. The specific criteria are related to data submission, participation in monthly calls, completion of evaluations and achieving Hospital Engagement Network reduction targets.

Other area hospitals named to the Elite Circle were Habersham Medical Center in Demorest and Ty Cobb Regional Medical Center in Royston. In addition, Stephens County Hospital in Toccoa was named to the Presidential Circle.
