By Dean Dyer
CLEVELAND -- The gloomy weather, with a few sprinkles of rain, did not stop a large crowd from turning out in downtown Cleveland Saturday for the White County Chamber of Commerce's annual Agri-Fest and Country Market.

White County Chamber of Commerce President Melissa Lietzsey said they were excited to see the large crowd., especially since the there were rain sprinkles at the start of the festival.

The weather did improve as the day progresses and the people started pouring in. The Agri-Fest and Country Market offered a variety of booths from pumpkins to live animals, crafts, kids' inflatable play area, and food vendors.

In conjunction with the Agri-Fest, the White County Historical Society held a pottery show and sale.

"We had about 28 potter and collectors and each vendor had pieces on display and for sale," said White County Historical Society President Judy Lovell.
