Brenau to host National Tennis Tournament qualifying

GAINESVILLE -- Brenau University will host the 2012 USTA/ITA regional tennis championships Friday through Sunday, with singles and doubles matches that feature some of the top collegiate tennis players in the country.

Play commences Friday at 8:30 a.m. at the Lessie Smithgall Tennis Center on the Brenau University campus at nearby Longwood Park, located at 20 Pearl Nix Parkway NW in Gainesville, Ga. All matches are open to the public.

The U.S. Tennis Association/Intercollegiate Tennis Association-sanctioned event features players from eight institutions in the Southeast
