Woman wanted for stealing vehicles in Hall, White counties

By Dean Dyer WRWH Radio
CLEVELAND - White County authorities are looking for a woman who they say is responsible for stealing several vehicles in the area Sunday.

White County Sheriff's Capt. Tim Chapman said Melissa Allen allegedly stole a vehicle in Hall County and drove it to White County, where she sold a laptop computer.

Chapman said Allen left the first stolen vehicle at that location, where she stole a second vehicle, a 1990 Honda Civic.

He said the White County Sheriff's Office is handling the investigation.
