North Ga. authors preview book at signing next week

DAHLONEGA - North Georgia authors Dr. Amber French and chef Kari Morris will introduce their new health and weight loss book at a prerelease signing party in Dahlonega Thursday, July 19 from 4:30-7:00 at Crown Mountain Women's Health.

"Wellness 100: 100 Carbs, 100 Recipes" (BQB Publishing) is a "non-diet diet book" based on eating real, flavorful food for weight loss and overall health.

BQB Publishing officially releases Wellness 100 on Friday, July 20. It will be available online through Amazon, Barnes & Noble, iBooks, Kobo, and BQB Publishing.

Amber French is an OB/GYN at her practice, Crown Mountain Women's Health, in both Dahlonega and Dawsonville. She integrates anti-aging and wellness principles into her general practice through bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, nutrition, and natural therapies.

Kari Morris is a former restaurant owner. She caters, gardens, and is the public affairs officer for a nationally-renowned air show team, Team RV.
