Three arrested in Elbert Co. meth bust

ELBERTON - Elbert County authorities arrested three individuals this week on meth-related charges.

The Athens Banner-Herald reports that deputies served a search warrant Thursday at a home on Country Club Road, where they discovered methamphetamines, drug paraphernalia and evidence of distribution of meth.

Authorities said 39-year-old Chrissy Goolsby Fleming, 36-year-old Rondal Booth Morrison and 33-year-old Ronald Allen Chaistain were all arrested and booked into the Elbert County Jail.

In addition, they said a child at the residence was removed and placed with the state Division of Family and Children Services.
