Gillsville man dies in single car crash Saturday night

GAINESVILLE- A Gillsville man is dead after a single car crash on Gillsville Highway Saturday night.

According to the Georgia State Patrol, 32 year old Jonathan Brian Seabolt was driving on State Route 323 near Snare Road around 7:40 p.m. when he lost control of his vehicle and struck a tree.

Not much is known about the fatal accident, however authorities say alcohol may have played a factor in the crash.

Seabolt was the only person in the vehicle and died at the scene.
