Girls basketball: Lakeview runs past Commerce in 8-A

GAINESVILLE -- The Lakeview Academy girls improved to 4-1 on the season after whipping Commerce 56-31 at the Lakeview gym Satursday night.

Skyler Miller led the way for Lakeview with 15 points. Taylor Handte added 10 points for the Lady Lions while Lillie Mather, Bridget Barnett and McClain Martin all scored six points for the Lady Lions.

Lakeview next travels to North Hall on Tuesday.
