Lawrenceville woman believed to be homicide victim

By The Associated Press
LAWRENCEVILLE - Gwinnett County police are investigating after a woman was found dead on Thanksgiving.

Police said they found the body of 64-year-old Parviz Moledina around 10:45 a.m. Thursday. It appears she died from apparent stab wounds.

Police said her Volvo station wagon was found at nearby Sugarloaf Mills mall, but surveillance video didn't capture any images of suspects.

Police are seeking a suspect and ask that members of the public call them if they have any information.
