Fire destroys Jefferson house

JEFFERSON - Fire destroyed a vacant house in Jefferson Tuesday morning.

Arcade, Jefferson and Jackson County Fire Departments responded to 1268 Johnson Mill Road around 7:20 a.m. No one was injured in the blaze.

The Arcade Fire Department is looking for the cause.
