Four local universities will battle it out at Coolray Field tourney

LAWRENCEVILLE -- Four local university baseball teams will clash in a six-game tournament as the 2012 Southern Classic comes to Coolray Field from Friday, February 17 through Sunday, February 19. Piedmont College, Oglethorpe University, Emory University and LaGrange College will each play one another during the round-robin tournament, and fans can attend for just $10 per day, $25 for the entire weekend.

Here's a look at the scheduled games for the 2012 Southern Classic:

Friday, February 17
1:00 PM: Piedmont College vs. Oglethorpe University
4:00 PM: Emory University vs. LaGrange College

Saturday, February 18
1:00 PM: LaGrange College vs. Oglethorpe University
4:00 PM: Emory University vs. Piedmont College

Sunday, February 19
1:00 PM: LaGrange College vs. Piedmont College
4:00 PM: Emory University vs. Oglethorpe University
