Softball: Lady Spartans' Miller pitches perfect game vs. GHS

OAKWOOD -- Miranda Miller had a senior night to remember on Thursday.

The Lady Spartans standout pitched a perfect game to help West Hall blank Gainesville 12-0 in Oakwood.

Miller struck out six batters.

Meanwhile, Ashley Neal paced the Lady Spartans at the plate, ripping a home run, triple and five RBIs. Haley Haynes also provided a multi-hit performance.

West Hall will next play in the Region 8-AAA tournament on Monday.
