Volleyball: Johnson sweeps on Senior Night

OAKWOOD -- The Johnson girls volleyball team moved over .500 with a pair of wins Tuesday night at home on Senior Night.

The Lady Knights rallied from a game down to beat Eastside in the first match 20-25, 25-22, 25-22 and then beat Walnut Grove 25-18, 25-21 in an Area 8-AAA match.

Senior Sophia Love had a solid night with three aces and seven assists to lead Johnson (16-15, 4-4 in area). Kelly Chance added five aces and eight assists, Lindsey Anderson had three aces and one bloack, and Karis Sloan had five kills for the Lady Knights.

Kelsey Panter added two assists and Casey Sumner had two aces and one kill for Johnson.
