Volleyball: East Hall falls to Jefferson, West Hall

JEFFERSON -- The East Hall volleyball team lost to Jefferson and West Hall on Thursday in Jefferson.

The Lady Vikings fell to Jefferson 25-12, 25-21 and dropped a 25-16, 26-24 match to West Hal.

Brittney Cambell helped lead East Hall on the night with 3 kills, 12 assists and 1 dig, while Kara Hix had 10 points scored on serve, 3 aces, 4 kills, 2 digs and 1 assists. Emily Hoggard added 4 kills, 1 dig and 6 blocks and Tarryn Long had 4 points scored on serve, 2 aces, 7 kills, 11 digs and 3 assists. Latisha Shelton also had 8 points scored on serve, 3 aces, and 4 digs, while Sydney Farley added 3 points on serve with 1 ace, 1 assists and 5 digs and Kaleigh Duckworth had 6 points scored on serve with 1 kill.

The Lady Vikings play next in Rabbittown this Saturday 9/10 at the East Hall Spikefest.
