Another blast of very cold air headed toward Ga.

UNDATED - Brace yourself for another blast of arctic air, one that will be even colder that this week's.

The weather service is warning that wind chills will be dropping into the the single-digits Sunday night - with blustery winds all day and temperatures falling through the 30s. Winds of 25-30 mph will be common with some gusts to as high as 40 mph.

Snow showers and flurries are possible as far south as Athens and Atlanta with up to an inch accumulation expected in the mountains.

By Monday morning, temperatures across north Georgia will be in the single-digits and teens and highs Monday will be at or below freezing with wind chills in the teens and 20s.
