Sardis team wins 8-under tourney

GAINESVILLE -- The Sardis War Eagles 8U Boys topped off a perfect 8-0 regular season by winning the Hall County Parks and Leisure Tournament Monday at Laurel Park.

The War Eagles trailed 8-4 at the start of the 4th inning, but staged a comeback with a 16-8 win over the Wauka Mountain Cougars, who finished second in the tournament.
