BUFORD - Margaret Schutte, MD, and the staff at Northeast Georgia Physicians Group (NGPG) Buford welcome Brent Carroll, DO, who joined the practice Dec. 8, 2008.
Dr. Carroll earned his medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and completed his residency in family medicine at the University of Utah. He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Carroll most recently practiced family medicine and provided urgent care at Physicians' Immediate Med in Douglasville, Ga.
"It's great to be back in Gwinnett County," says Dr. Carroll, who attended Gwinnett Technical College from 1998-1999 and has family in the area. "I've enjoyed watching the area grow over the years. Now I'm excited to grow my practice by providing individualized care."
