ATLANTA - A South Carolina man has come forward with the winning ticket for the latest Lotto South drawing, a ticket worth $9.9 million before taxes. <br>

Clint Galloway, of Timmonsville, South Carolina bought the ticket Friday at Pilot Travel Center in Port Wentworth, Georgia, while there on business. <br>
<br>
The Pilot Travel Center received a $25,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket. <br>
<br>
The winning numbers from the drawing were: 8-10-15-18-19-39.
