FBI joins search for murder suspect

GAINESVILLE - Federal authorities are now looking for a fourth suspect in a drive-by shooting that killed two teenagers in Hall County.

Charles D. Graham, 15, of Gainesville; Amado Junior Madrigal, 17, of Oakwood; and Angel Mario DeLeon, 19, of Cornelia, remained in custody, each on two counts of murder and two counts of aggravated assault. Deputies are searching for a fourth man wanted on the same charges, Jesus Cano Jr., 20, of Clarkesville.

``The FBI issued a warrant for his arrest because he's considered a flight risk,'' Maj. Wayne Mock of the Hall County Sheriff's Office said Wednesday morning.

Hall County Sheriff's Department investigators said Mario Cavazos Hernandez, 17, of Athens and Juan Galindo Zuniga, 18, of Oakwood, were killed in a gang-related shooting Monday.

Two girls, ages 15 and 17, also were injured in the drive-by shooting, which took place shortly after 1 a.m. when a car pulled up outside a residence in east Hall County.

Mock said the condition of the 15-year-old was upgraded to serious Wednesday at Hughes-Spalding Hospital in Atlanta, and the 17-year-old was in serious condition in Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville. Mock said both victims have been interveiwed and that their injuries are not life threatening at this point.

Mock said at least four weapons have been recovered, but he declined to identify a possible gunman. "One of the suspects that we have in custody is the shooter, but we're not identifying him in the public. That'll be up to the district attorney," said Mock.

The suspct on the loose, Cano, is described as 5'3" tall, weighing 135 pounds, with short straight black hair and hispanic. Mock said authorities have several leads and one reported sighting. Investigators have recovered one vehicle in the case, but have no vehicle description related to what Cano could be driving.
