Macon Telegraph and Daily Sun merge Warner Robins newsrooms

WARNER ROBINS - The Macon Telegraph and The Daily Sun of Warner Robins will merge their newsrooms. That&#39;s according to two papers&#39; president and publisher -- Jeanie Enyart. <br> <br> Newsroom staffers will write stories for both papers, which are owned by Knight-Ridder Incorporated. <br> <br> Enyart says the consolidation will enhance news coverage in Warner Robins and Houston County, just south of Macon. <br> <br> The combined staff of 14 will be larger than either of the separate news operations. <br> <br> Enyart says The Daily Sun will not stop publication. The Macon Telegraph also will continue to publish an edition for Houston and Peach counties.
