White Co. sheriff asks DA not to pursue charges against deceased teen's father
White County Sheriff Neal Walden said Friday afternoon that he has requested that Enotah Judicial Circuit District Attorney Jeff Langley not pursue the charges filed again Shannon Hamilton. Hamilton is the father of one of the teens killed the fatal wreck on March 15th.

Child's death in Lumpkin County ruled accidental drowning
State authorities said the cause of death of a three-year-old boy in Lumpkin County Wednesday morning was an accidental drowning. Sherry Lang, a spokeswoman for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, confirmed the cause of death Thursday night.
