July jobless rate for Northeast Georgia drops to 5.2%, rate for metro Gainesville holds steady at 4.6%
The unemployment rate in the Northeast Georgia region in July was 5.2 percent, down two-tenths of a percentage point from 5.4 percent in June, while the rate for the Gainesville metro held steady at 4.6 percent.
